His educational background includes following degrees Master of Philosophy; Experimental Psychology, George Washington University Master of Arts; Psychology, Fairleigh Dickinson University, Bachelor of Arts; Psychology, State University of New York. From 1975 to 1976 he was employed by the United States Department of Defense. From 1976 until 1999 he worked for the United States Department of Justice. From 1999 until June 2007 he was the Director of a prestigious Competitions for the CINE Golden Eagle Film & Video Competition. He managed the planning and conduct of two film and video competitions every year. |

LUDVÍK KLEGABorn on 19. April 1950 in Ostravě-Vítkovice, Czech Republic. In 1981 graduated the Academy of Music and Drama Arts in Prague.Till 1992 he worked for Czech TV Ostrava with the section of current affairs and documentaries. In 1993 he founded the company Ludvig Klega - Studio ForTel. He continuous cooperating with the Ostrava TV studio and Austrian ORF TV, which resulted in a successful co-production of a 12 sequel program on Czech nobility - Castles and Palaces, Blank Space in our History. Many of his films were awarded prestigious prizes at various international festivals (1992 Educatio Festival - Prize of Educatio for the TV serial Urbanita). He was incorporated into the world encyclopedia Who is Who for his previous work. |

MÁRIA LAURShe graduated Comenius University in Bratislava. She was active in publishing and literature. In 1980-83 she worked as translator and interpreter for French language at the construction of the water work Gabčíkovo. It was here, she first confronted and learned about many environmental issues. Since 1996 she lives in France. Together with her husband she is active in many associations focusing on Slovak-French cooperation predominantly in the field of sustainable development, interregional cooperation and tourism. She is a perceptive photographer. |

JÁN STANOHe was born on 5. March 1963. He graduated the Faculty of Agronomy at the University of Agriculture in Nitra, Slovakia, state exam in melioration.1987 - 1990 he was with the Project Institute of Land Farming in Prešov. Since 1991 he is a businessman and owner of the company EKOkart Prešov. Since 1993 he is the chairman of the environmental section with the Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In 1993 - 1994 he was the member of the Selection Commission of ekotopfilm, and since 1995 its chairman and at the same time member of the International Jury of ekotopfilm. |

Graduated from School of Art and Education, University of Silesia, majoring in painting, member of The Polish Artists' Union.She works as a painter, book designer, worked as an assistant at the University of Silesia, Department of Aesthetics Studies, Poland; teacher of art courses at the Edmonton Art Gallery (Alberta Art Center) Canada. 13 solo exhibitions in Poland, Germany, Australia, the Czech Repuplic; currently makes feature film Ripples on the Water. |

OBADI SALEH MONTANAHe was born in 1964 , Yemen. He has finished his Master of Science and Ph.D. degree in the Faculty of commerce in Bratislava. From 1997, he was working as a senior Research Fellow in the Institute of economic research, Slovak academy of sciences. His focus research is international trade, economics of developing countries and the development of oil and gas prices. He has published more than 40 books, articles and working papers. He wan the award of Andrew W. Mellon fellowship for East and Central Europe and awarded by the American Institute for Yemeni Studies, Washington D.C. USA. He is a member of committee of Science Grant Agency for Legal and Economic Sciences, Ministry of education and Slovak Academy of Sciences. |

VLADIMÍR HAVIARSince 1969 assistant camera in Czechoslovak TV Bratislava, from 1972 to 2003 TV cameraman. Since 2003 a freelancer. He has cooperated on over 60 TV programs with Czech TV Ostrava and Prague. He cooperates with various TV studios e.g. TVA, JOJ, FORTEL, NIKE, and many picture magazines. During his engagement for Czechoslovak TV and Slovak TV he produced over 100 programs ( script, camera, direction). Cooperation on many awarded film projects at international festivals e.g. Televizne žatvy, Prix Danube, Agrofilm Nitra, best camera at Ekofilme 2003 Český Krumlov. Member of many festival juries. |
